"If I could leave a zero rating I would. I was advised my car would take 3 to 4 weeks to fix. It took almost 3 months. I heard excuse after excuse. After 5 weeks I had to call to find out it would be another 2 weeks. Every deadline passed and I never once received a phone call telling me it would take longer. I had to call every time. Even if there were legitimate reasons (which i do not believe would've caused such a delay) I should have been treated with common courtesy and been told. It's not like it only took an extra week. Almost 3 months instead of 3 weeks. When I finally got my car back there were a number of issues. I called immediately to notify the owner, Mike. I scheduled for a month down the road so he had plenty of time to plan. He had my car another 4 days plus and when I had to pick it up NONE of the issues had been resolved. I brought it back a third time and left it another 2 business weeks and only 2 of the issues were resolved. I ended up just bringing it to Subaru so I would know that the work was completed and finished properly. I was advised by a Subaru employee that they believed my car should have been totalled and in their opinion Penn Dell was just trying to make money off of me. My car will never be the same. It was less than 2 weeks old when the accident occurred. It has now been over 4 and a half months since the accident and my car is still not correct. Don't walk from Penn Dell auto. Run. And don't ever look back"
