"Service was really rough here. It took me over 6 trips in to get my car looked at properly. Finally on trip 7, 8, and 9 they identified the issue. It was exactly what I was telling them since the first trip, but they did not listen. After 2 more trips in to get it fixed finally they screwed up and ordered the wrong parts. So many mistakes"

"Came in on a Sat. for an oil change on my car and some how they sent me a wrong oil change coupon. But was still taken care of in a timely manner. Service advisor was very helpful and apologizing was not his fault will still come back. Great service and helpful thank you."
