"If you take your car here expect to pay "more" than going to the actual dealership. **Absolute maximum pricing**. Was told they only use parts "that they *must* order themselves" but listened to another customer ask the chic at the front desk if he bought the correct part?? All parts ordered for my car were doubled. When I dared to attempt and use my warranty to save money, those overpriced OEM parts went even higher to--> double and a half. They said they had to charge the maximum price to match prices of the "recommended MRSP as recommended by the claim. Even the claim specialist advised me that this was ridiculous and predatory to charge the maximum MRSP and raise the price. NEVER AGAIN... will look for my dedicated shop elsewhere because this is definitely not it. Good Luck going here."
