"My daughter and I went to this location for dinner last night and the service was awful!! Krista #1051, could not say hello. When we were done ordering, she pushed us aside with her hands. And had a big smile for her boyfriend who was behind us. She came out from behind the counter and kissed and hugged him! Really? And nobody cared! She got our order wrong. Guess she was too busy looking at her boyfriend! I realize you’re a fast food chain but this was awful service!!"

"I haven't been to Wendy's in years. Today reminded me why. I walked into Wendy's on Allen Street in Springfield Ma. It was completely empty.. that should have nudged me a clue but my frozen body and brain just skipped pass it.. I order my food and my husband as well with a young lady who seems to not really know what she is doing. We took the food. We sat in this very empty, quiet Wendy's and wondered why.. then we unwrapped our sandwiches.. his pretzel baconator was burnt black.. bread.. meat.. it just looked gross BUT!!! IT WAS COLD.. fries.. COLD AND SOGGY.. MY SANDWICH??? OLD!!, COLD, DISGUSTING.. CHEESE DIP FOR FRIES???? COOOOOOOLD!!!! The only thing that was actually good enough to drink was the Sprite we both got. Food went back.. my money in my pocket.. and I WON'T EVER STEP INTO ANOTHER WENDY'S AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! DISGUSTING"

"My spouse visited 1st time in a long time, only because BK had a power outage. At home, after consuming that lunch, which basically lacked 1/2 of the size of a burger pictured on the online menu, I asked what it cost. $37.44 before taxes!!??So, for a Caesar salad, 3 Dave's burgers ( 1with & 2 w/o cheese) & 2 LG fries, $40.06! Also, the burgers got cold whilst waiting for the fries! Yummy. Microwaved burgers! Well, if our favorite fast food stop is down, or yours is, find a better option than Wendy's. Should be pretty easy!."

"This has been the worst service I've ever received from a Wendy's restaurant. The food was stale and cold while the drinks where warm with no ice. Plus to add all this on my wife and I had to wait more then 25 min to get this terrible food and this rotten service. Which I could have gotten my money back since we had to get rid of the food because it was truly nasty to eat. This is a hard pcs of chicken that was in my wrap and I almost swallowed it. This is crazy also they didn't give me my recipe as to avoid people from getting there money back. Never again will I go to a Wendy's"
