The technician came on the 1st day, (bet 3:30-4pm), found out what part needed to be ordered, didn't show up on the date (2nd) scheduled to install, had me wait another week only to find out it was the wrong part. I had to pay $341.63 in total. $280.00 of that was so-called labor charges. (repair costs & taxes, labor taxes, tax on parts) SO MANY DIFFERENT CHARGES for a 15 minute job! Extremely difficult to find a customer service representative. I DO NOT recommend this service. Just because it says SEARS doesn't mean it's reputable."
