"The employees at the jiffy lube are honest and they warned me that I will need tires soon and checked filters, fluid levels and topped off those which I was aware when I just wanted a oil change and tire rotation. They even gave me a chance to cancel the tire rotation since my tires well need to be replaced soon but I wanted them rotated anyway. The price is fair this day in age. They have my business in the future if I had taken my car to the dealership they would have told me I need repairs now to the tune of $2,000. I was impressed with the service."

"They tried to upsell during an oil change they removed my air filter which we were already aware needed to be changed and planning to do on our own but they didn’t ask before removing and they left the lock for the air filter slightly loose when we went to change it next day other than that seemed kinda mean but service was quick they also didn’t top up my antifreeze seemingly because we said no to the upsell."
