"I tried out this place after their reopening, and I found it aggressively average. The drive-through was a little difficult to navigate, and the parking in the back was a little tight. The crew members were friendly enough, even if I did have a little trouble hearing them through the speaker box. There's a weird traffic cross-over at the exit. Overall, I think I'll be back more times than most fast food, at least until I get bored if it and find somewhere else that I like better. I feel like I had to drop one star from my rating due to the abrasive nature of the night manager. He was rather rude to me regarding using coupons in the drive-thru. When I tried to use one, he was rather gruff and told me that I would have to come inside to use it. Now, this is not the safest neighborhood at night, and I'd rather not be walking around in it after dark. Furthermore, that manager seemed like he was a connoisseur of crack. I'm not sure how much he was on during our interaction, but it was greater than none."

"The manager there is a total liar and unprofessional. He tried to tell me that you can only have a certain a number of ketchup packets for the fries. Totally lying because I've never seen a burger king skimp on ketchup. He also doesn't speak well, has a rude tone and needs to be fired. Just very unprofessional and not a good experience."

"Very dissatisfied with visit here...used to each lunch here on occasion when worked nearby a few years ago...now this location is disgusting. Lettuce on Whoppers was browned...could not find a clean table in the whole restaurant...food on floors also...sodas from both behind the counter and self serve had only seltzer taste with almost no syrup. Bathroom was disgusting and filthy as was the whole restaurant... Try another location... most Burger King's are not like this one... Only positive were the friendly staff who have probably never been taught to manage a restaurant and keep things clean."
