"My remote for the Camry was working-intermittingly. The battery in remote changed, have to press really hard to unlock car doors. New remote ordered. Will be in tomorrow. They'll call to schedule. Got home, tried 2nd (spare) remote...didn't work. Took both remotes apart and switched internal casings holding batteries; tried both remotes...Neither worked!! Back to the dealership to test the batteries, both OK!! Three guys looked inside the original casing and saw corrosion on the connector holding that battery!! Both batteries tested fine!! Replacement remote IS a MUST!! Care to reimburse me the $11.99 from the experience?"

"I moved to the area 7 months ago and had to have my oil changed on my Prius. I waited for it to be done and service was performed well within a reasonable time. What really impressed me was when they did the 10 point check they mentioned my air filter and cabin filter was a little dirty but still didn't need to be changed.
