"Horrible experience at this Inn and with the owner. We arrived on a Saturday evening to be informed that our reservation had been canceled. The owner was incredibly rude and condescending and was clearly spinning some web of lies because the inn keeper next door told us they were having plumbing issues. The MAison Vivienne owner acted like we had done something wrong by showing up and was dismissing and unapologetic. I’ve never felt so talked down to in my life. They really need to get it together with their customer service."

"We went here Saturday the 31st of July. We requested to sit outside and they didn’t have a record of the request. The manager was rude when trying to accommodate us. Strike 1 The waiter had to be flagged down by us and when we did get to ordering he forgot several orders and also wasn’t well trained in overall service. When we ordered Martinis they served them in wine glasses. Strike 2. Our dinners came out in a staggered delivery without much coordination. Water glasses remained empty until we requested refills. No one, I mean no one checked to see how our meal was even though we were positioned by the register where the manager stood. Four of the five dinners were good, with one not. If you want to go to a place that has good ambiance, serves nouvelle cuisine when you get it, and is overpriced with terribly inconsistent service, come here. Me I’d rather go to a place that really cares about your experience instead of one just looking to make money."
