"Very rude and not friendly at all. We called about our generator cause they was recommended by someone. Lady told us to come in at 11 am we arrived the guy was very rude said he called us to tell us not to come but never did. Then said so.ething like good luck getting anyone to work on our onboard generator and some rude remark which I wont repeat. I would never recommend this place to anyone if this is how he runs business."

"Took a hot tub pump and motor to Roy's. When I got in there they took my deposit for repair or replace. Gentleman came out looked at the pump and motor real quick The Gifted Man back is $80 there's no fixing this thing told me how to go online and get a new one where to go. Which would be cheaper then having him do it. This is the kind of service you get when you deal with small business. If you have motor that needs repair to replace go see Roy's Electric"
