"This is a beautiful park with a playground, pavilions with picnic tables and barbecue pits, walking trails, a creek that runs through it, basketball and baseball courts, and so many beautiful large trees. It is a favorite of ours."
"It's nice there if you have the ability to slowly climb down steep hills and then back up. They did a good job at entwine history and relaxation. You can go and read, see pics, and visualize the amusement park that was there and there are some good trails for dogs and human alike."
"This is a fun, shady park. The play equipment is a good quality, and the overall park was clean. We didn't explore the rest of the park, but it would be a great place for a picnic or for letting kids run around."
"Great little park that was an amusement park and bottling facility in the early 1909s. Efforts have been made to preserve what's left of the park and show what was there through historic pictures and written summaries. A great little park for a day trip or picnic, and don't forget to check out the 3 different springs at the park."
"Beautiful park for a little walk and hiking, it has got a nice little children’s play area, basketball court and a baseball court. The trails can be slightly muddy depending on season, so use a hiking shoes. Amazing river side trails, the water is very pure and clear. There are a couple of pavilions with barbecue for a nice family picnic. *Plentiful parking."
