"Although I didn't actually have any repairs done by this company I felt the need to share the experience I had with Tom. I called and left a message about an issue I was having with my 50 inch Vizio TV. Tom returned my call promptly and asked for the model number of the tv. He said he would check to see if there were any parts even available for that specific model. A couple days later Tom gave me a call back and informed me that there in fact weren't any parts readily available for that tv. Tom could have easily told me to bring the TV in so that he could make a quick buck off of me by charging me a deposit and then telling me there are no parts available. Instead he was honest and upfront from the beginning. You don't find those qualities in a lot of companies today. Much respect to Tom!
