"Did the great work on my car."
"Quality repair work and good communication. Work was completed in a timely manner. Two issues: They lost my license plate and have no idea what happened to it. I had to go get temp tags from the DMV and order a new plate and sticker. They offered to pay for the replacement plate, but it literally costs $5, so I'm more frustrated with the extra time and inconvenience. The other issue is that they replaced my brake/tail light assembly, and failed to notice that the brake light in the unit they installed was burned out. This is a big lapse in basic quality control. It caused me to fail inspection on the first try and spend an extra 2 hours driving around to get the replacement bulb and go through the inspection lane again."
