"So when my pipes were frozen, this amazing guy...I believe his name was Todd came out and helped unfreeze my pipes. He also gave me some advice in how to prevent it from happening again. It was great quality service even for it being 8am on a Saturday morning. I have used them ever since. "I live in a old 1900 home, had a leak and the pipe was in the wall, I called Rays and Sons, the guy cut a hole in my wall with a saw saw, did not make a ole first to see what was behind it, or a stud finder, any way hit the main electric wire going to the upstairs, and wanted to charge me for a electrician to come out and fix it. So if you want them and they make a mistake, they want you to pay for it. I wanted to give them no stars but it would not let me."
