"Had my 05 Crown Vic towed in for a crank no start issue. I assumed it was a fuel pump. They checked the car and diagnosed it to be a bad ground. They called and told me I didnt need a fuel pump but changed the filter at my request. The whole bill was under $500.00! They are hard working and honest. They will definitely be getting more of my business!"

"I have been in search for an honest auto shop and still have yet to find one. My oil change I have no complaints over but I was military in uniform and they put my discount on only the alignment after buying four tires, I did not have time nor was I ever charged alignment after buying four new tires so I opted out of it so I didn’t even get the discount for anything else. Which by the way my alignment was just done and I told them that and it is still fine even after new tires, a $130 charge I thankfully dodged even though they insisted it needed one. I asked about my back break pads that were suppose to be somewhat new but making noises, they said the fronts looked new but the backs were old and they could look at them and change them for $1,000 just for the rear! That is insane! I have been overcharged a lot from being a female but this quote blew my mind! I quickly left there with zero intentions on ever returning! They then called me and said they had a mail in rebate on my tires after I had already left! I was so annoyed I didn’t even return for it as it wasn’t even thought about while I was there getting an oil change and four new tires. I asked another place about my pads and they said they were fine but making noises bc it was a slap job from jiffy lube. I asked around to other companies about the cost of break pads and what I was quoted at mr tires, they all laughed and said it shouldn’t even cost that if they did all four pads. I’ll never go back!"

"If I could give this place a higher star rate I would. It was my first time going to Mr.Tire everyone spoke to me even if they weren’t helping me. I talked to the lady I think it was Trish. She was so nice my total came up to $112 and I only had $100 and she made it work with my total being $99. My wait was maybe an hour but they made sure everything was good with my car and she made it known that she wanted me safe to drive. It’s safe to say I will be going back. So if you’re looking for the reviews yes you should go there they are reasonable and very understanding."
