"We needed a new hot water heater. Kenny and Billy arrived the day after we called, and did a wonderful job removing and replacing the old one. Tight fit, but they figured it out! "I had them come out because my tub was backing up. They came and didn't barely talk to me. So they fixed the tub with whatever draino they used. I spent $200 for that. Immediately after, all my sinks started gurgling and i didn't call back right away because i didn't have enough money to drop right then and there. Months down the road, all my sinks started backing up with black water so i called them and complained. When i called, the receptionist just said "oh i'll give this message to Kenny" and said bye. So i get a call back and try to explain the issue and why i'm upset. Instead i get mansplained and told i should've called back months ago. So now i'm going to call someone more professional who actually cares to speak to me and wants to help fix my problems instead of just sending goons out for a day with a temporary fix."

"Well pump had an issue on Friday night. Called K & B's number and someone called right back. Luckily situation could wait until morning. Billy said he would be out at 8am on Saturday morning and he was promptly here. Explained to me what happened and showed me issue. Within an hour he had me up and running with water again. Outstanding service. I highly recommend this company."
