"We had them install a new gravity system on our property in Rising Sun before we sold our house. They were very professional, timely, and did the job in one day. When they were done they cleaned and graded the site. We were so pleased with them when we moved to our new place in Harrington, DE we got them put in a new system. They put in a mound system and it turned out great. Our neighbors asked us who installed it because they said they saw how fast it was installed and how they were so professional. If anyone ask we recommend them. They were Johnny on the spot, they did a great job, and were very reasonable. They stand by their work."

"This company really helped me out when I was selling my home and found out there was an issue with the septic just weeks before closing. Kevin was very timely with installation, despite a lot of wet weather and soppy ground. He worked well with getting the repairs done quickly because he knew I was dealing with very difficult buyers (and their agent) who had already delayed closing several times. The job was done within days of me contacting him, and there was minimal damage to the yard. He even regraded the yard in several areas to slope water away from the house. The yard was reseeded and leveled professionally. Kevin went above and beyond by getting the permits and approvals we needed from the state within 24 hours so closing wouldn't be delayed again. In addition, his price for the project came in well below that of other companies."

"I purchased my home June 26 2020 and the previous owners had contractor Kevin darling and sons to replace my septic. COVID hit and we did not hear anything for him to complete our job. The attorney sent him checks in January of 2021 which was cashed. From January until March Kevin was hard to get in contact with until I copied my attorney with notifying them he cashed the checks but did not complete the job, or schedule the job. March 14th he sends his guys out to replace my septic. I was not notified, they just showed up and my car was blocked in by their construction equipment in my driveway. Thank god their guys worked with me and gave me time to get ready for work and get out. My pictures below are of my driveway they tore up and did not replace. I have email trails of him saying he will, he’s been in contact with black top companies they were suppose to contact me but never did. I have asked for the names of the companies and they refuse to answer me. Yet here it is august 5th and my driveway is caving in, cracking more and Kevin company is not sticking to his end of the bargain or his emails. His communication and customer service is poor and he does not complete work in a timely manner. I am a patient person and understand COVID put everyone behind but a year and my project still is not done, I am beyond frustrated and not happy. I would not recommend this company!"

"Kevin was awesome to deal with. He came out to look at my drain field within 24 hours of calling him and let me know it had definitely collapsed. He recommended a guy to come do the soil test and diagram for the permits. Once permits were in hand, Kevin was here less than a week later. The yard looks great and he even seeds when he's finished. I highly recommend this company!"

"While they did replace my septic in a timely (minus waiting on the state for approval) manner after the purchase of my home, they are absolutely horrible at answering the phone or returning calls. I was told to call a month after the completion of the job so they could fill in any holes or ditches from settlement. I have 4 bad spots where there are ditches a foot deep and they will not return calls or fix the solution. It’s been WEEKS and nothing has been done. I don’t recommend this company if you expect communication and completion of service. -Kandi Braley"
