"Went to get my girlfriends phone fixed the only thing wrong was the screen was cracked. Had it for not even 24 hrs till it crashed and went black and won’t turn on. But when we took it in we were told nothing was wrong but the screen being cracked then told today its more than that and it will cost more money. Even had to push the screen in on the corner because it wasn’t placed in right. Sounds like there trying to get more money out of people, rude customer service and an all day wait or 1 day wait but it’s upsetting that we paid 100$ and trusted it to be left with this company then they cause more problems to the phone."
