"The technician only had to take a look at the screen of my 65" Samsung TV to let me know it may last a little while but the screen can't be repaired and will ultimately die. Not what I wanted to hear but suspected. The tech was knowledgeable and very nice. Can't fault the messenger for delivering the bad news."

"One of the main employees Randy does not know his information like he claim he does, He gets off on putting other people down and being condenseding to them. When I tried to talk to him about fixing a tv he kept talking over me and correcting me on every little thing. I've spent 20 years in electronics and televisons for a while and everything he says SOUNDS like the truth to the average Joe but everything is wrong except the facts about the history (which doesnt really matter, but he uses that to think hes one step above you). I don't understand why Blue Hen TV still has Randy working there and I see several other people complaining about him. Personally I see him as a tumor to the company, either he's going to bring the company down til it's extinction, or the company is going to lose Randy and thrive. Him personally has ruined Blue Hen TV for me, I will never be coming back, and ill make sure my friends stray away from it as long as the headache is still working there."

"This guy is the owner and operator of this business. Please do not do business with him. He is rude, judgemental, and disrespectful. Do not know how this man is a licensed technician for Samsung but should not be referred by anyone. He might have 22 years of experience but it's not worth the disrespect of other place of business."

"I searched around for a company to repair my tv after discovering it was damaged due to movers coming back from the military. I saw mixed reviews from this company when researching a place in the area but figured I take a chance. I'm not sure of the person I dealt with I'm guessing it was Randy as many keep referring to this person. Well I brought the tv in and was quoted a price and given the documents to file a claim with. The military finally got back to me about 2-3 months after our initially spoke with him. I was told they had updated their system so he would have to look my information up and get back to me it's been about 3-4 years now and I'm still waiting on that call back. I did follow up a few more times before giving up completely he got a tv I'm sure he fixed and sold off and I lost out on one."
