"Beware of the owner or this shop. He thinks the merge lane from pleasant Valley has to yield to him coming out of the shop. Yesterday, he pulled out in front of me and stopped dead in the road and refused to move. When I went around him to avoid him, he followed me home and refused to leave unless I admitted he was right and I was wrong. I just spoke with an officer from Delaware State Police. He said he obviously doesn't know the laws of the road and he was in the wrong for pulling out in front of me and for following me home. He told me to save the videos and to write a review on his business about how this guy is. There is a yield but it is to road traffic NOT your parking lot and that was a state trooper that said the same thing. You were in the wrong for barreling out of your parking lot AND for following me home. A report was filed and they're aware of your misguided beliefs of roadway rules. I pray you don't do it someone else."
