"I received a shirt from my mother-in-law for Christmas from this store, but god love her she got the wrong size. We all live in Pennsylvania and the earliest someone could make it down to return the shirt was January 11th. My mother-in-law made a special 3 and a half hour trip to try and return the shirt with the original receipt and the gift receipt (which, yes, did expire on January 7th). The owner refused to accept the return which was brand new with the tags still on it. Apparently there is no discretion with the owner when it comes to 4 days....The owner was very rude and obviously doesn't care about the customer."
