"I just had them at my house to close the pool. This would be the 6th year in a row that we used them. Every year they had put the rubber covers over the pool cover’s spring- a step that takes an extra ten minutes. Without them being on the springs the springs would dig into the concrete and cause a deep groove etched into the concrete decking. This year when I request them to be put on one of the workers called the office and returned saying that it would be an additional $150 to slide the rubber jackets over the springs! Really - I spent $60,000 on the pool install from Sparkle and the cost to close my pool every year. Now they try to up charge me $150 over the $450 pool closing cost. The workers were at my house for probably 40 minutes closing the pool and they couldn’t spend the extra 10 minutes putting on the spring covers which they have done in the past. They try to tell me that’s not included in the price. When they installed my pool they gave me the cover with the rubber jackets on the springs. We are never using you guys again - your loyalty to customers are horrible! I ended up completing the pool closing myself after they left. We called to complain about the service and manager talked to us very rudely saying we were “Lucky” the workers put rubber covers on in the past. Lucky? No we are the ones with the money that’s paying you for a partial pool closing service."

"I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund from our contact we had on a pool. I unexpectedly had to move out of state and was offered a full refund. I will never do business with this company again. I was happy they promised me a full refund, didn’t think it would take this long to get it. Edited review to say, I have been given the check. Wish it was sooner but Atleast they held their word."

"First off I am normally not the person to leave a bad review and am always about giving someone the benefit of the doubt. This recent poor experience has caused me to make it aware to the public of the poor business practices and extreme lack of interpersonal skills show by Sparkle Pools. My mothers pool was supposed to be open before memorial day weekend and still has not been fulfilled. Through several attempts to communicate to staff nothing but excuses have been made to my mother and myself with no type of compromise or apology for the inconvenience. One thing in this world we cannot take back is time and with no resolution made makes this a tough pill to swallow. Sparkle pools were given detailed information about how to access the pool and through lack of communication and attention to detail they did not fulfill their duties. No phone calls were made on the day of appointments to contact the owner of the home and it’s hard to believe they even made a legitimate attempt to get the job done if they even showed up at all. On top of it all the manager Greg was extremely rude and hung up on me and my mother. This is not how any business should be operated and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this institution. It blows my mind how individuals in society today can treat others with so much disrespect and feel that it is ok to do so. I could go on and on but I believe I have said enough to display my disgust to what transpired."

"Debbie, the manager/warehouse person/stock person/cashier, she does it all, is always so helpful. She lugs around 50 lb bags of salt or sand with ease. She is always there to recommend things, but never pushy. She knows my wife by sight when she comes in for pool supplies."

"I love these guys. We bought a house with a pool and went here for chemicals. We gave them our address and they told us the pool came from them. So we we're able to get everything we needed in one stop. They had the pool cover and everything else we needed. Very fast water testing as well."
