John , spent several minutes quizzing me needs and reasoning to vape. Then he offered me four choices and explained everyone in detail. Once I choice , I knew everything about in store. He then introduced me to the types of liquid and after I bought that too. He demonstrated how to use my unit and got me vaping in ten minutes. This is not buy -bag-go home and figure it out.
