"One star cause there isn't a zero star option. Places like this and their associates need to pick up a dictionary and look up the word "professional" (assuming they can read). One of the clown associates that work here decided his phone conversation was more important than properly helping the customers in his shop. He also thought he was entitled to be disrespectful to customers as they waited for him to conclude a call he shouldn't have been having in the first place. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen. If any category of business should be looking to keep a loyal customer base, it's them."
