"We had to ride our four bikes over to return them in two batches because most of our group had already left. The shop didn't open until 10, and we had to leave our rental by 10, so we brought two bikes over about an hour before they opened. The front of the shop is covered with signs that say don't lock bikes after hours or you'd be fine. So we locked them to a sign down the block. We came back an hour later with the car packed and the rest of the bikes. We went in to pay and one of the employees was kind of pacing around the shop saying something about bikes locked up and not finding them. I clarified to the employees that we had locked out bikes there while we brought the rest over because we had to be out of our house. The employee then proceeded to try to lecture us about how next time we needed to lock them in the front (where the signs are that clearly say you'll be fined). We just wanted to pay and leave. As we were being lectured I noticed a very prominent stack of conspiratorial right-wing books right by the check out. There's also a sign that says shoplifters will be executed will a picture of the gallows. We rented four bikes here for a family beach trip at the weekly rate. Picking up the bikes was fine, and the bikes worked well. The person that checked us out made some odd and maybe coded remarks about staying away from Dewey because it was in "full swing" with his eyebrows raised. However, returning them was strange. In general the shop vibes are bad and you're probably better off giving your money to someone else."

"George, and his team go above and beyond both before and after the sale! Nate took the time leading up to my wife, and I purchasing two new scooters this year to fully explain the different models / sizes of scooters so we were able to make an informed decision that fit our needs. We encountered a concern after one of our purchases, and right away George and Craig took action to ensure that our concern was quickly and professionally addressed to our full satisfaction. This is all too often not the case today, but at All Wheels satisfying the customer is clearly their first priority! And, once again the team at All Wheels showed me that they value us as customers! I had the unfortunate luck of picking up a nail in my tire over the weekend, and just as they did previously George and Craig jumped into action to get me back on the road quickly!
