"Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience. Amazing customer service!"
