I dealt with a Michele at this location.. she was very rude, left me on hold and did not provide me with information that I needed that she claimed was on my tax form. I never asked for personal information just General information that she decided not to provide me with. I provided them with information to include on my income tax return and when I went to retrieve that information off of the forms it was not there. They will cheat you out of what is owed to you in your tax refund. And give you wrong information. Please check your forms to make sure everything is correct and has been filed correctly"
