"Bought a pump/filter combination this weekend. Box was opened. Sales guys assured me that everything was there. Midway through installation I noticed that the o-ring and clamp to connect valve and filter was missing. So a second 60 minute round trip drive to Seaford. Ready to fire up the filter and noticed that the pressure gauge was also missing. Not going to make 3 trips in 1 day. I think my box must have been previously scavenged for parts. They were very apologetic and did make it right for the first two items. They also had a 20% off end of season sale so I saved $$$. They need to check things a little more thoroughly when selling open box items."
