"Dray is great and had a very fast service for replacing/adjusting a rear derailleur and cable. I highly recommend it!"
"This Shop is terrible. I purchased a bike here in 2016, I lived at the time in Philly so I didnt really have a chance to ride it until a few weeks after I purchased it up in wusahicken creek. The gears were all whacked out and I brought it back and told them the issue. The guy that tuned it up when I purchased it said he didn't remember me but because of the purchase date he wouldn't fix what he messed up. I didn't go in prepared for an argument and was kind of stunned. I later called back to speak with the owner. They pretty much told me too bad. By reading other reviews I can tell this place has probably become worse. This shop is run by losers, don't go here if you want just basic customer service."
"I honestly do not understand why I was treated so rudely here. I bought a bike at this store for my son about a month and a half ago. I made it very clear to the associate that he was just learning to ride. He spent a lot of time talking to us about the bike, sitting my son on the bike, talking about certain aspects of my bike. That experience was nice. However, something seemed off with the chain recently, so I took it in for repairs. The repair person told me repeatedly that I bent the bike when I dropped it and kept telling me how much I damaged it. I was perplexed and said that I keep the bike in the garage and have never dropped it. My son has not crashed on it either. He kept pushing that I mistreated it. I did admit that it had tipped over once or twice (this is true, I have little kids), but this is a kid's bike. Is it realistic that it will never fall over? To this question, the repair person snapped back with "well get a kickstand and teach him how to use it. A geared bike like this should never have been purchased for a new rider." First of all, we use the kickstand religiously. But secondly, THEIR STORE SOLD US THE BIKE!! He and the lady at the desk (who now also started chiming in) that they can't read my mind to know that he is just learning. The person who sold me the bike spoke to us at length and knew full well that he was a new rider. I came to the store because I trusted them for repairs and as a repeat customer, and what I received was rudeness and condescension. Another employee could see how upset I was getting and was able to repair the bike (and install the training handle I was using) and send me on my way. All said and done, they did fix it. However, they could have communicated with me without making me seem like an idiot. I'm also disappointed because I trusted them to sell me an appropriate bike, and today an employee of their own store told me it shouldn't have been purchased. It seems like several recent reviewers have had the same experience. Customer service seems to be suffering here."
"I brought my bike to have a flat tire fixed and Dennis and Dray were excellent! They were friendly and know exactly what they're doing. It's no wonder this bike shop has been in business for so long. They had me in and out in under an hour when I had just called the morning of the repair. This was much appreciated, especially before the holidays."
"Best chain swap of my life!! I stopped by cycle sport for a simple chain swap. I did not have an appointment, I called the shop to see if they had the correct size in store. Sure enough they did, and I brought my bike by an hour later. And let me tell you this was the best experience I’ve personally had at a bike shop. The staff was exceptional and the customer service was excellent. Very friendly and always willing to help. Even showed me some of the coolest bikes I’ve seen in my life. For a quick and easy chain swap this was a rememberable experience. The work was quick and efficient. Made sure I was happy with everything before taking it off the stand. All-around great experience."
