"I paid out the nose for what was supposed to be a simple brake bleed, but turned into additional pads as well. No big deal. I got the bike back and the brakes were 1000% worse than when I brought them in. The bike was completely unsafe to ride. On top of that, they were trying to sell me on a complete brake upgrade kit for hundreds of dollars. I recently moved to Virginia and took it in to a reputable shop down here where they told me I was indeed beat over the head. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Wooden Wheels in Newark instead of taking your bike to these con artists."

"I brought in my Giant E Bike for tire service. They put inner tubes in my tubeless tires and some sort inner tube liner that’s puncture resistant. Now my bike tires are on viagra. Hard as a rock. The rolling resistance and overall performance of the bike is night vs day. They finished the work by the next day. My experience of shopping with them was nothing short of excellent and probably yet a bit different than some of their traditional customers. I came through the door with a general knowledge of what I wanted and I made it clear that budget/cost was irrelevant so long as they could assure my satisfaction. I was received positively by a young man named Brody, who seemed to be enthusiastic and quite knowledgeable about the specifications and practical uses of each bike/model. While helping me decide what would meet my needs most, he stayed honest and true to answering all my questions, and never once did he try to up-sell me to something I didn't need, nor present me with misinformation; he answered everything to the best of his ability and when needed, consulted with fellow employees. After several weeks of patience and talking to the rest of the staff, my hesitation to make my final decision between all the top-tier products offered there, had ended. I was able to get help with ordering online, and designating Bike Line to be my home store and authorized dealer to fulfill my purchase. ALL of the staff there was assertive and friendly. When my bike arrived, they promptly called me to inform me that they assembled and tuned up my Vado 5.0 IGH Stepthrough, charged it up, and installed my add-ons free of charge. When I came to pick up my new Vado, a man named Chris, whom I believe was the supervisor on-duty, was quick to meet me, and although there were other associates that were free to help me, he took charge and led by example by being forward, open, and interested. He showed me to my new bike and explained/educated me on everything he thought I may possibly need to know as well as give me a breakdown on the extra features and a hands-on demonstration of how to operate certain functions. He verified that I had all components, manuals, and accessories and was satisfied before having me sign the release/proof of pickup forms. I was assured that when I move away in the coming months, they'd do a courtesy diagnostic and tune up prior to my departure. Before I left the store, Chris followed me out to the parking lot to make certain I was okay with the final adjustments and after I declared my content, he bid me farewell and let me know that they were readily available for any further inquiries or business that I may require.
