"Everytime we go in it's fast. We know exactly where to go because the isles are clearly labeled with signs. Each major category is labeled as well. For example your not searching for a local red wine where the Italian based red wine is. Easy transactions & fast checkout. Large parking lot with handicap spots."

"I grew up in Mantua and have lived in Tampa for the last 6 years. Whenever I come home to see family I make sure to stop at Wine Warehouse as their craft beer selection is great. I especially enjoy their single beer offering as I can try many different craft beers without committing to a whole pack. On 11/23 at 3PM I went into the store with my Mother and my Brother and grabbed 2, Belgian Beers for Thanksgiving dinner. When I got to the register, the bottles did not scan. The cashier asked where I got the beers and I explained that I grabbed them from the 4 packs. He said, “you can not do that”, angrily grabbed the beers and put them on the other side of the register and then ignored us, looking to the next person in line. (There were only 3 people in line other than my party) I would have happily bought the 4-packs if the cashier didn’t confiscate the 2 beers and brush me aside for the next customer. I have worked in the craft beer industry for 6 years on the distribution side and understand the logistical complications of singling out beers. I did not know this store does not offer single prices for their beers and totally understand, but did not appreciate being disrespected in front of my family."

"Good selection of Craft Beer. Staff is always asking if you need help finding anything. They do give aways a few times a year. Won a Bear-proof cooler two summers ago and my wife won an insulated beach bag around Christmas.."

"Always clean... great courteous KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. 99.9% of the time they have what your looking for at a good price.. some good choices in the cigars as well... worth the extra 2 miles I have to drive to get there... ..... Kra Z Kat"

"Decent selection of wine and certain spirits. Beer selection is currently limited, possibly due to Covid, but they used to have a better craft beer inventory. Prices are good for items on sale, otherwise it's no big savings. You can buy an inexpensive wine membership that, in part, allows you to sample several wines at the automated wine bar. Would be nice if they had one for bourbon but their selection is average at best. Staff are hit or miss RE customer service. Some are very helpful and friendly and others not so much. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars but this app doesn't allow for halves in ratings, hence the three stars."
