"Their ethics regarding the best interests of the client are impeccable. Worked there for 7 years and can attest that the needs of the client were always paramount."
"Been going there for many years. Very satisfied Very professional Quick and prompt service."
"Wow! I dropped in right before tax time three weeks ahead of time. I was worried they fit me in. Just dropped off my paperwork and they were done a day later for a meeting to finalize everything! So awesome quick efficient and friendly. I’m so glad I got to use this company. Over so happy with them. I will update after my final meeting. Also they charge a great price less the national brands!"
"Worst experience, krista talks down to people as if she has no respect, screamed at my mother on the phone because she wanted another copy of her taxes, claims she doesn’t have time to answer the “same questions” again or engage in a phone call with clients. No professionalism! Take your business elsewhere plain and simple"
"Customer Beware My 93 year old mother has used Multi-Line Financial for years to complete her annual taxes, each year paying hundreds of dollars to have a simple task complete. So this year, when her expected refund was reduced by $1500 and I could not answer her question as to why, we obviously contacted her tax preparer Krista Sandino. Our issue is not regarding the accuracy of the refund, the error stemmed from a miscommunication which certainly could have been on my mother's end. The issue is how I was treated. From the beginning interaction with the receptionist I was told firmly that my mother "obviously provided Krista inaccurate information". When I asked what I could look at to verify the information provided I was told to "scan it in so Krista can look at it", when I asked what 'it' was I was given more potential assignments. At that point I stated that my mother paid a professional to complete her taxes, and finally was offered a call back. Was I frustrated ... yes, was I rude ... no. A few minutes later I received a return call from Krista who chastised my behavior as if I was her child -- speaking to me in a very unprofessional manner, while raising her voice. When I told her I would not be spoken to that way and hung up she proceeded to harass us with 5 calls to our home number and a message on my cell phone that ended by stating that I was sad, my poor mother and, if I needed additional information, I could call the IRS. If you are considering this business as potential financial partner, and are accustomed to working with educated professionals ... buyer beware. I will add, for clarity and fairness, years ago I used Brent Sandino of Multi-line for my own taxes and never had an issue,"
