"I have been a regular at various H&R Block locations over the years (varying based on where I lived at the time). This is the first one that advertises “walk ins welcome” but then requires you to either drop off or make an appointment. I offered to wait until after the gentleman’s next appointment was done, and he told me that he can’t do that because he doesn’t know how long it will take, plus he’s not great with rental returns and would much prefer that somebody else work on my file. In terms of appointments, I would have to either take time off of work in the afternoon or schedule out over a month. At this rate, it’s easier to just pick another nearby location and give my business to them instead."

"Todays experience was just a little different than Im used to at H&R Block. I believe the agent and I had a few misunderstandings that were ultimately just confusion at times on both of our parts. But we talked them through and she made sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. The biggest issue I had was waiting an hour to be seen. A woman came in and was seen immediately after I had already been sitting there for an hour, and unfortunately that had me pretty frustrated from the start. Ms. During did her absolute best to try and make/keep me happy for the duration of our meeting, I only wish I wouldve been in a better mood, as it was not her fault really for my frustrations."
