"I was a client of theirs for over 9 years. I felt that I was being over charged for my business. When I spoke to the office manager she didn’t even know the services such as book keeping that I received, but wanted to tell me that it was a fair price because of the time they put in. If you don’t know the services I am receiving how can you say the price is fair? After over 9 years of service they had no intention on making my situation right. They have no problem of saying good bye to a client that has been with them for almost a decade. There is no personal relationship and they are very unorganized. It takes days to get questions answered. Last February I received a call from the receptionist that my first quarter tax paperwork was sitting there. I questioned how could that be when the first quarter isn’t even over. It was last year’s paperwork that was sitting there. When I first started doing business with them, they were phenomenal. However in the last 2 to 3 years it has gone down. I should have switched long ago. I would not recommend them. I would never treat my clients the way I was treated. Honestly they don’t even deserve 1 star. I hope their next meeting is about how to treat clients."

"I was waiting and hoping for a call back so I did not have to write this review. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on a return call for 2+ weeks from Mary, hoping she would make things right. After having my tax return prepared, incorrectly, and sent to me on the due date with ABSOLUTELY NO ONE available to assist me that day, I had to seek another avenue to complete my tax return. I finally received a call back days later, only to be insulted by the tax preparer, Maureen. Mary spoke with me after, listened to what I had to say and promised me a call back, which I have yet to receive. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor service, disrespectful to clients, zero customer service"
