"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Asked for a cigar gave the lady my ID & it said I was 18 & in law you have to be 18 & older to smoke. After looking at my ID she says “You have to be 21” I said “I didn’t ask for alcohol I asked for a cigar” she says “but you have to be 21” I answered “No, you have to be 21 to drink not get a cigar” & then she repeats the same thing & when I asked for the dollar back she threw my ID at me because I wasn’t trying to hear what she was talking about because she clearly didn’t want me shopping there & I walked out poor customer service!"
