"The sales person was very rude. I was prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars getting a new setup and coils. The salesman was acting real jittery like he was going to steal something. I was in there only for a few moments when the salesman chose a man who just walked in over me. I was upset and told him that he was being rude and started to leave. The salesman still never really tried to stop me! Won't go back. Unreal Vapors in Middletown lost a good and paying customer. Weirdo"

"I stopped in here skeptical because of every other shop I have gone to. Was there for a few hours was instantly made welcomed. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about the community and products. Not looking to make a sale but just to help their fellow vapor. Juice selection was sorta limited in that they didn't have million's of juices. But focused on good quality flavors. And their Homebrew juices made in house we amazing. Will be coming back most definitely. Thank you guys for the help and the best vape shop atmosphere I've have ever seen.​"
