He realized it as soon as he got to car but they refused to make exchange and told him he would have to keep the Rose and buy the white! Awful customer service and I they have lost my business!"

"Good selection, but deceptive pricing. I purchased 3 items and all three had lower prices on the shelf than what came up at the register (+$2, +$3, and +$6 higher at register). Finally got $5 returned, but really, is it accidental that all 3 had wrong prices on the shelf? Two were stated to be outdated prices and the difference returned to me. The third item had the wrong label on it on the shelf, which actually stated a different item. So it seems you have to check not only the price, but also make sure the shelf label states the correct item. They also price gouge on short supply items like Buffalo Trace, but that's common in Maryland where prices are not fixed like in Pennsylvania."
