"I had two important tax issues to discuss. We set up a consultation with decided time and remote video connection (I preferred in person but accepted remote because this is all they could offer). This was set up 1 week before the actual appointment. This company did not send the link for the remote appointment. I called via phone 30 minutes prior to the meeting, the company apologized that they could not have the appointment after all... but they never contacted me to let me know. Now, 1 week later, I still need to find an accountant for a critical tax issue."
