"We’ve used preferred for 3 years. We’ve had nothing but issues with the IRS. The owner won’t respond to simple requests and has washed his hands of us. He won’t respond to requests for our records. I even sent a certified letter to which I’ve heard nothing. I presented him with evidence that they were still representing me to the IRS after we fired them, again he refuses to respond to any communication even acknowledging it. At this point we may have to take further action to get our records. Client BEWARE."
