"The store is okay in general and the employees are nice, but the produce section is absolutely horrible. No matter what time you go, they are consistently out of things, especially broccoli, parsley, and cilantro. And much of the produce is not very fresh."

"one of the self checkout clerks (40ish man) working this last friday is incredibly rude and disrespectful. treats the elderly like they are an annoyance and inconvenience. will be contacting corporate and filing an official complaint as no one deserves to be treated the way he treats his customers."

"This is a run-of-the-mill Shop Rite Supermarket, but that is not a bad thing at all!! I recently posted a ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ review for this store. The 2 missing stars were from my experience with three of the store employees. They didn't know if they carried the items i was looking for, or what aisle they would have been down if they did carry them. In fact, i got three totally different answers from them. That lost a star, but the attitude i got from them was horrible, which lost the second star. ⭐️—I had to go back there today, and ended up speaking to quite a few of the employees here. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and pretty funny too. I was only able to find 3 out of the 5 items that i was looking for, but i left there knowing that they didn't carry them. Every employee really went to and beyond for me, which in my opinion, is more important than checking off an item on my shopping list. This trip caused me to reevaluate my former ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ score, and give them the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ that they deserve. ESPECIALLY after i saw the overflowing ",Donation" bin right at the main enftance to the store. Any place that can gather up that amount of donated food for the needy, deserves to get a full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!!!"

"I want to thank Danielle and Kathleen . There was a mess up from door dash they delivery the wrong order . They never knock on my door. Thought I heard something check and grocery where there. Not my grocery. Called Shoprite in Brooklawn NJ. And Danielle took her time to take care of everything. I been doing shop from for about 1 yr now. I give her a excellent Manager"
