If you are dealing with them , then try to get out from their business calmly else there are chances and they may sell your personal information if you argue them."

"SCAM!!!! They are bunch of frauds running this tax consulting service. They filed my taxes for 2021 year . They did not file taxes correctly despite providing them all the documents such as 1099s, and all other relevant documents. I had sold my primary home the same year and they had promised to include 8949 and Sch-D form and report to IRS but they did not .....and They never respond on email and phone calls even after multiple attempts. Due to all mess they created , I received CP2000 from IRS with proposed amount due which is several hundread thousand dollars and one hundread thousand dollars in penalty and interest charges. Once they receive their check , they dont care who the customer is and never respond your phone calls nor emails. They created the mess and no one in their team takes responsibility to reply even if the matter is time sensitive."

"Poor Tax Return farm. Strictly not recommended. I had awful experience in 2019, 2020 tax return. They made a mess of my tax return. I didn't receive 2 children's benefit in 2019 because they did mess up with my kids ITIN. In 2020 I didn't receive tax return yet. They messed up again with my address. Communication with the associates are very hard. Its based on their will. Pathetic is the only word I can think of."

"Tax o consultancies are filling my tax returns since 2018 and I'm pretty much happy with their services . Reasonable charges for filling taxes . Some of my friends got more returns than me but later on they had to repay IRS in turn which is very bad . These teams doesn't do any gimmicks and do follow rules and IRIS policies . Overall , I suggest to go with Tax O Consulting team . Thanks!"
