"This is the rudest that I have ever been treated by a business, and that includes comcast! I called interested in switching accounting firms and asked them to file an extension for me (which is free to do). The woman answering the phones told me it was a $25 charge. I asked if they would do it for free if I brought both my wife and my business there, she said "No, just take your business elsewhere!" and then hung up on me. No exaggeration. I called back to speak to the accountant and told him how his employees were treating people, and he said that was his wife. Be warned!!"
