"End of the year Party nonsense!!!! If you ever see YE party at this place runnnn please runn even for free do not attend!!!!! I paid $315 dollars for 2 for their so called YE party and believe me I wished I stayed home. They basically served 3 platters of mini hot dogs and a bunch of wal mart chocolates. Seats are first come first serve. It was so disgusting we left after 30 mins. Whoever planned this kindergarten birthday party is in the wrong industry!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This place wants to be upscale but has no clue what rich lifestyle is all about they put up a front but how they talk and how they treat people reflects who they really are 1 star facility, if your drunk you will enjoy it I spent 650 dollars and they where so rude , when we got here no one was here and the guy at the front was super rude GO ELSEWHERE ITS NOT UPSCALE !!!!!!!"

"The bottle service was too slow and over priced. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get mixers and a bottle of Titos on a Friday night at 9:30, when there was only 3 other parties with reservations there! The server was a sweetheart and did her best. I fear her bar staff let her down. When we finally got the bottle, I swear it was the smallest bottle of Titos I have ever seen given to a reserved seating party. The DJ didn't have much of a flow. We weren't sure if he was saving his best for later on the night. By midnight there was no one on the dance floor, so what does that tell you....."

"I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at the Stratus Lounge in Hotel Monaco, Philadelphia, and it was truly a unique and extraordinary experience. The open bar format, absence of arranged seating, and stunning night-time cityscapes created a modern and swanky vibe that guests couldn't stop raving about. The food was amazing, and the Hotel Monaco staff made it easy for vendors to work there. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!"

"My company hosted a welcome reception at Stratus and it was the perfect venue to kick off our event. We loved the rooftop views of Philadelphia and the beautiful rooms off to the side. Hors d'oeuvre were delicious and the bartenders kept everyone happy. Would love to visit again very soon."
