"Worst experience ever. It was our fault that we trusted Ramadevi and paid 500$ for 2022 tax returns and now she is not responding to us and we are not sure if she even filed our tax. Pls don't trust them. She will call you when payment is due and now when we have query and want her to update our account number in tax return document neither she responds to our call nor to our email. Very pathetic experience. They just don't care for their customers."

"I have been filing my taxes with SV for the past 4 -5 years. The fees are never the same. They never. Never reply to emails or phones on time. I get that they are busy but if a customer sends an email stating that the fees has been transferred to the account, the least they can do is confirm the transfer so that I know. Instead i received a different email from them asking me to transfer amount again. I called them. And after calling for 5 times they finally answered. As I was telling them what happened they hung up my phone as I was speaking. Didn't even realize they hung up. This is the last time i am filing with SV. I will never go back to SV again. Done with them. I do not recommend them based on the customer service."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They filed my 2018 taxes wrong to get high returns. I called them to correct my tax filing for before submitting to IRS ,but by then they already submitted my taxes and they told they are going to do ammendament for me to correct tax filing after that i called and emailed them so many times but there is no response from them.This year when the tax filing season had started they started calling me back again and when i asked about the issue they connected my call to RAMA DEVI and she don't have patience at all to listen to the issue and started yelling at me.very RUDE. So i spoke to a attorney who is doing my tax this year and he suggested me to file a form 14157 complaint and send to IRSI am going to do that. Stay away from these people."

They will take 2-4 weeks to file your taxes and for them to even do that you should call them everyday and you never know when they answer your call. They gave me a quote of X amount and and the refund i received was not even half of the estimate and they charged me 250$. Was trying to reach them for last 2 months regarding the partial tax refund, but could not reach them either through email or phone. All the phone numbers are not reachable. DONT FILE WITH THESE GUYS!!!! BE CAREFUL and STAY AWAY !!!!1"
