"I came in really early because I had an early morning layover from a red-eye flight. When I came in, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was not busy at all this early in the morning. They had a good selection of breakfast food on the buffet. And overall the place is really nice and very clean."

"It's a small lounge and it closes at 9:00 pm, but there are some benefits to it as well, compared other centurion lounge this location barely has a wait time every time I go. Also, PHL domestic and International shares the same terminal so it means that you can still use the lounge even if you are flying domestic. The food was decent but the chocolate chip cookies were so good I had 4 which was more than I should have. Bathroom cleanliness needs an improvement though."

"This lounge is a sea of tranquility that has saved our sanity more than once. The space is really nice. Food and drinks are ok and certainly better than the high priced fare in the airport. Thank you, American Express, for providing the oasis."

"Great lounge, good warm food l, deserts and drinks. It would be ideal if they had more reclining lounge chairs so people can stretch and relax. Food wise, would be great if they added more vegetarian dishes."

"All of these American Express Centurion lounges are starting to be a victim of their own success. During the busy times you’ll be put on a wait list of at least 30 to 45 minutes. I this one at 4:30 and didn’t get a seat until 5:15, so a 45 minute wait. The lady said they’re trying to get the airport to give them more space but they’re not having any luck it’s a very small and very narrow lounge. Kudos to the bartenders they do a great job of getting drinks as quick as they can. Like most centurion buffets, there’s only one protein the rest is all vegetables. It’s a vegans dream, lol"
