"We've been going to Byler's for years and that won't be changing any time soon. The customer service in the stove shop has never disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable and have helped us with our pellets and pellet stove many times. Seasonally, we buy a pallet of pellets that they deliver. If a pallet is too much and just want a few bags or 10, they'll offer to load them in the car (bags are heavy). We've also used them to service our stove when we've had parts replaced. This is a quality place offering quality and trustworthy service by down to earth honest people."

"A great place to stop if you happen to be in the area. There is a wide selection of food as well as misc items for your home. Seeing an Amish horse and buggy in the parking lot was a bonus. I will definitely be stopping there on my next vacation to the Maryland/Delaware area!"
