"Food was so good. Manager was so rude. It was my first time here and I was excited to try the food and different items. She made me feel like I was trying to steal or get one over on her. Part of the incentive to try new chain places is to get freebies through the app. She couldn’t figure out how to redeem the coupon and then started with the attitude. She was extremely out of line saying “what’s the problem now” to me after requesting a side of ranch. wow a customer asking for items what a shocking scenario. Do better lady."

"Ever since new management took over, this place looks better, feels better and the food is better too! The new owner is hard at work in improving the restaurant and the hard work is definitely paying off! The customer service is great too. The girls and guys working back there ensure everything is up to par so everyone leaves happy. Moe’s > Chipotle. Yeah I said it."

"We have been going here for a few years. The new management has completely overhauled how they did things before! It was a lot faster and you actually got portions in your meal that was actually equal to what we paid!"

"For awhile this place has been going down, and today my husband found a hair in his chips, I would definitely recommend the people behind the counter to wear hair nets at all times, or put up their hair better with hats. Still the over all cleanliness of this place is quite poor, which is a shame, it used to be so good."

"We haven't been in a long time because of bad service. Kids have been asking for it so I picked it up on my way home from Target. Never again. I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 entrees, and a large queso. They put everything in 2 bags with barely and chips. You used to get giant bags of chips with each order. The only positive is that the chips are burnt so no one is eating them anyway. The kids burritos are TINY. Like ridiculously small. My bowl was nasty. It doesn't even taste like moes. The chicken seems questionable and the lettuce was all wilty and gross. It didn't used to be like this. If I lived closer I would take it all back for a refund. If you crave Moe's go to the Millville location and you won't have that problem anymore. Only positive the employees were real nice."
