"Dinner reservation made weeks ahead of NYE only to receive a call 3 days before NYE that only an "event" is offered that night@ price & length we did not desire- poor customer decision as we only wanted a nice dinner with another couple to which we were told regardless of time that would not be offered. Left us in a total disappointment since such "short notice" meant everywhere else was already booked. You can't hold customers hostage to a pricey event 3 days before the dinner reservation on a "holiday" saying this is all we will offer. Been here several times in December and this was unacceptable to previous loyal customers. Happy New Year it is not !"

"Went there for dinner with a large group of about 10. After ordering drinks and dinner, I waited over an hour for dinner to arrive. In the meantime, we had to go to the bar, get our own drinks. Nobody came to ask us if we needed anything. dinner comes. Everybody got their dinner except me. eventually I was told my dinner would be coming. I waited 20 minutes, waitress came by and said another 5 minutes I said. Well, you can probably just keep it if its any longer than that, it's been too long. Everybody else has finished their dinner. so I sent my dinner back when it finally arrived. I asked for my check as I wanted to leave. They had the nerve to say no seperate checks for a large party. After much arguing (terrible atitude from manager) my check comes and it has a 20% gratuity already added onto it! told the waitress I wasn't paying that. Manager insisted 20% was mandatory and he couldn't let me leave until I paid check plus 20%, like he was going to call the police. I explained that gratuities are optional ( i usually tip well at restaurants) Manager Vince comes out and then wants to argue with me even though I had terrible service and added 10% tip. I told him I was not tipping 20% because the service was terrible. They have no idea what customer service is about. Absolutely terrible experience.. So I left with the 10% tip and l said "be glad you got that". The whole table was complaining. Such a shame, a nice restaurant, problem could easily have been remedied with some better customer service."

"I took my sister here for a birthday lunch. The waitress Cheyenne did a fabulous job! The lunch was great and the staff surprised us with a wonderful birthday cheesecake, that was delicious. I have always had a great meal when coming here. Thanks for making her lunch a memorable occasion!"
