"I am EXTREMELY upset. My friends and I were here for a 21st birthday. Our waitress came in and explained Happy Hour included cocktails for $5 but failed to explain it only included House cocktails not the specialties. We were charged almost $50 for 4 cocktails when we were expecting to pay $20. When I asked about it we were still charged the full price. The menu online included crab Rangoon’s which was one of the reasons we went, but they did not have them when we arrived. We DID NOT order any food, and we were informed the bar was not connected to the kitchen, yet we were charged tax for food. The gratuity was also automatically included which did not reflect our experience."

"The service is terrible but it's likely because of the automatic gratuity which the bartender failed to mention as he snatched the cash tip I left and left from behind the bar as I was signing my tab. Plus the food was terrible and the machine in the kareoke room was not working for the 1st hour."

"Good place for karaoke since there’s no minimum spending amount. $50 per hour for the room. Their system is a little outdated but we were able to find almost all of the songs we wanted to sing. So if you don’t want to spend $200 plus on a night out this is the place to go."

"Hostess added a 20% gratuity for doing absolutely nothing but bringing the 4 of us to the room. No food or drinks were ordered and tried to brush it off. When questioned, she defended the fact that she deserved one and that it's common. Won't be returning to this spot ever again. Also a food tax was added? She defended that this was a regular tax. If that's the case, change your system and make it a tax, not a food tax on the bill."

"This place is where you want to go for a private karaoke party. You have the option to rent a room where you and your friends can sing amongst yourselves. The room is spacious and a server caters to your every need with the flick of a light switch. Plus the food is good!"
