"Rosy’s is one of the best tacos spots in the city! The nachos are possibly the best out there and the veggie tacos are consistently delicious. The vibes are great and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Be aware that the music is always super loud at night so it’s difficult to have a conversation without shouting."
